New Home Phase Inspection
New home Phase inspections are requested by a client who is obtaining a brand new house, and ultimately wishes to confirm the house is being built correctly phase by phase. This form of inspection is conducted in phases throughout every step of the building process. This will demand several visits to the construction site by the house inspector until the residence is finished. Please note that some builders do not let inspections; therefore, it has to be approved by the customer.
