You can expect an average of 2-3 hours. Some homes can take as long as 4, 5 and 6 hours or even more. It entirely depends on the age and how well the home was maintained. Not well maintained homes that are older will take longer than newer homes. Regardless, we’ll be there until the Home Inspection it’s completed.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage you and your spouse/partner to be present at the Home Inspection session. However, we do encourage our clients to give us a sufficient opportunity to collect adequate data before your arrival. Once the Home Inspection is concluded we will go over the findings and we will be more than happy to address any questions, issues or concerns. You can also call us after the inspection has been done if any question remains unanswered.

Immediately On site! your home inspection report would be submitted at the site once the visual inspection is completed.

No! There is no such thing as Fail or Pass in a Home Inspection. In every home, there are some areas of concern, however they could be repaired. Should any issues be found, it is our job to point them out to you, during the visual Home Inspection. Home Inspection is not an appraisal, which verifies the market value; neither is it a municipal inspection, which determines its compliance to local codes and standards.

Absolutely Not! A professional home inspection is an assessment of the existing condition of your home. A home inspection describes the physical condition of your property and specifies what may need repair or replacement. We must comply with NACHI Standards of Practice; we don’t dig the ground of tear the walls, neither do we analyzed any samples. Our job is to identify the weaknesses and strength of the house and point them out to you. This way you can make an informed decision. The decision of the purchase is strictly and entirely up to you.

This is beyond the scope of a home inspector’s job description. In order for us to remain objective and avoid a possible conflict of interest, we do not involve ourselves in any aspect of the decision making on your home purchase.

No! Absolutely not! Professional Home Inspectors would never involve themselves with negotiations between the Vendor and the Buyer before or after the inspection.
